Is a passport needed for entry into Mexico?

Yes, a valid passport is required for travel. Passports also must not expire during your stay, so be sure to renew yours immediately to attend.

Is COVID-19 vaccination required?

Though it is highly recommended attendees be vaccinated, proof of vaccination is not required for travel to Mexico.

What is current COVID protocol?

Current CDC regulations no longer require proof of a negative COVID-19 test result before travel to re-enter the U.S. Get information on the hotel’s hygiene protocols.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

All registrations for the conference are final. No refunds will be distributed. In the event of cancellation of the Edge conference, CDRI will apply all registration fees to a future CDRI conference. If for any reason a registrant is not able to attend, they may transfer the registration to another person within their company.

Are there additional rules and regulations attendees should be aware of?

Attendees are encouraged to review our Registration Acknowledgements prior to attending to ensure you are in compliance with our event policies.

What transportation options are available for commuting between the airport and the hotel?

Transportation options will be forthcoming. All registrants will be contacted with plenty of time to make arrangements prior to the event.
