FAQs

Get up to speed on what you can expect from the Edge conference and in Cabo with help from our handy FAQs.

Is a passport needed for entry into Mexico?

Yes, a valid passport is required for travel. Passports expiring within the next six months are not valid, so be sure to renew yours immediately to attend.

Is COVID-19 vaccination required?

Though it is highly recommended attendees be vaccinated, proof of vaccination is not required for travel to Mexico.

What is current COVID protocol?

Current CDC regulations require proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken no more than one day before travel to re-enter the U.S. The Hard Rock Hotel is set up to provide for this. Upon check-in, you are encouraged to schedule onsite testing based on your scheduled departure date and time to meet this requirement. Complete details can be found here.

What happens if I test positive for COVID during the event?

All guests with existing and new reservations of 3 or more nights who test positive for COVID-19 will be able to quarantine at the hotel for up to 14 nights at no cost to them. Additionally, onsite medical assistance insurance will be included in their stay. Complete details can be found here.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

All registrations for the conference are final. No refunds will be distributed. In the event of cancellation of the Edge conference, CDRI will apply all registration fees to a future CDRI conference. If for any reason a registrant is not able to attend, they may transfer the registration to another person within their company.

Are there additional rules and regulations attendees should be aware of?
